What is EigenLayer?
EigenLayer is pioneering a transformative approach to crypto-economic security through its innovative restaking protocol. By enabling ETH holders to "restake" their tokens, EigenLayer creates a decentralized marketplace that extends security beyond the Ethereum network to additional crypto applications. Why we're watching
EigenLayer has earmarked 15% of the total EIGEN supply for airdrop distributions to users! The first season of the EigenLayer stakedrop distributed 5% of the total supply, but 10% remains for users who continue to deposit (or leave their deposits) in EigenLayer.
