This week, 
OpenSea announced it was concluding the beta of its optimized OS2 platform, releasing it to everyone.
The move opened trading for basically all tokens on the nearly 20 chains that OpenSea now supports and coincided with the launch of the marketplace's new rewards program, Voyages.
These Voyage quests have five rarity levels and grant you XP for using features across OpenSea. The rarest Legendary Quests are the most prized, as they can grant Treasure shipments—think special badges that offer points multipliers.
As far as what these points are leading to, there's still no word on a date for the upcoming $SEA token generation event (TGE), but OpenSea's leadership has said it has several "innovations" that it considers "essential to have ... in place before launching the token."
We'll have to wait and see what these releases are, but OpenSea will undoubtedly swing for the fences. For now, the team has confirmed that both historical and current trading activity, plus Voyages XP, will matter for the TGE. This means you should still receive $SEA even if you just use OpenSea casually without questing for points.
All that said, if you've got some NFT buys or sells you've been meaning to do, OS2 is prime territory at the moment!
