How to get started with Ape
- 🪙 Acquire SOL — Purchase SOL on a crypto exchange like
Coinbase or Kraken, then transfer it to your 
Solana wallet, such as Phantom. - 👛 Connect your wallet — Visit ape.jup.ag and click the “Connect wallet” button to link your Solana wallet.
- 🔑 Set a password — Create a secure password to protect your vault and save it for future access.
- 📥 Deposit SOL — In the "Deposit" tab at the bottom of the main page, deposit the amount of SOL you wish to trade with.
- 🔍 Discover tokens — Use the token discovery dashboard to find new memecoins or paste in your desired contract address. Check the safety profile powered by Rugcheck for due diligence.
- 📊 Trade efficiently — Select the token you want to trade. Ape will automatically set your slippage and retry the transaction if your first one fails.
- 💰 Monitor your trades — In the "Vault" tab, track your portfolio, check your transaction history, and adjust your trading settings as you wish.
