Term Finance is bringing fixed rates lending to DeFi through a novel auction approach, allowing users to fix the terms and rates they borrow at.
Existing fixed-rate borrowing and lending platforms, like Pendle and Element, use AMM, which dilutes lender yields. Term matches borrowers with lenders via a Dutch Auction mechanism, achieving the highest yield and lowest capital cost for borrowers. It allows Term to utilize 100% of their users' capital.
