Phantom Wallet Adds Sui Blockchain Support
The popular crypto wallet's latest add breaks new ground and signals growing interest in the Alt L1.
The popular crypto wallet
Phantom announced it will integrate support for Sui, expanding its existing support for Solana, Ethereum, and Bitcoin.
What’s the Scoop?
- User Reach: Adding
Sui will provide the “next-generation” network exposure to Phantom’s 7M monthly active users, who conducted 560M onchain transactions in 2024. - Feature Expansion: Through Phantom, Sui users can stake, swap tokens, store their NFTs storage, and maintain compatibility with
Ledger hardware wallets. - Community Milestone: Given Phantom’s popularity, its integration with Sui marks a major sign of confidence in Sui’s scalability and developer-first solutions.
Bankless Take
Phantom’s integration of Sui comes as the network continues to show strong growth, both from a price and activity perspective. In the past month, the network’s total value locked (TVL) has increased ~77%, while its price is up ~110% in the same time. Given Phantom’s strong user base, the integration will likely only add fuel to the fire, exposing the network more directly to existing crypto users.
