The game features 12 unique towns across "The Berg," plot-based quests where players help Pengu find Polly, and mini-games.
- **Trademark Dispute:** Last week, Pudgy Penguins Inc. was [sued](https://www.bankless.com/read/news/pudgy-penguins-sued-for-trademark-infringement) by Penguin apparel parent company PEI Licensing, who alleges the NFT brand has committed trademark infringement by selling clothing labeled with confusingly similar terms.
