The upgrade’s live today across seven networks, namely Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, BNB Chain, Citrea, OP Mainnet, and Robinhood Chain. > [ — (@) > ](https://twitter.com/0xprivacypools/status/2112595479670194405) # **What’s the Scoop?** - **Private payments:** Once your funds are shielded in v2, you can pay any EVM address while hiding who paid who, and how much, from onlookers. You can also request money via a shareable link so neither side has to hand over a wallet address. - **Yield while shielded:** Pooled deposits can also now earn lending yield through Aave without leaving the pool, and 0xbow has dropped deposit fees on every asset that has a yield-bearing pool. - **Private swaps:** Thanks to a LI.FI integration, you can enter with nearly any asset, trade inside the pool, and cash out into a different token or even onto a different chain. - **Same compliance model:** 0xbow’s Association Set Provider (ASP), i.e. its screening service, still has to approve a deposit before it can be used privately, and it can revoke that approval later. There’s no KYC and no viewing key, and anyone can “ragequit,” i.e. exit publicly, without asking permission. - **Built to embed:** Every v2 feature is exposed through [0xbow’s SDK](https://docs.privacypools.com) so wallets and payment apps can bake it in, with a Rust SDK due in Q4. The Ethereum Foundation’s Kohaku wallet-privacy initiative is also integrating it, and Ambire is one of the first wallets on board. - **Zooming out:** Shielded money has historically sat idle, which is a big reason anonymity sets have often stayed thin. If staying private no longer means forfeiting Aave yield, there’s a reason to keep balances parked inside, and every extra dollar makes everyone else in the pool harder to trace. --- *This article is brought to you by [NEAR](https://www.bankless.com/sponsor/near-1785257427?ref=read/news/privacy-pools-v2-goes-live-with-bigger-feature-suite)*
