Payments Processor Stripe Acquihires PartyDAO Team
The party may be over for the PartyDAO product, but its team is headed to Stripe.
The team that created crypto social investing protocol PartyDAO has joined Stripe, a rapidly growing fintech payments processor that recently launched the Tempo Layer 1 blockchain and is actively hiring to expand its crypto initiatives.
What's the Scoop?
- Moving to Stripe: According to a notice published today on the PartyDAO website, "the PartyDAO team is joining Stripe to help shape a new generation of crypto products." PartyDAO began with the belief that crypto could unlock new forms of social and economic coordination on the internet.
Party Over: Party will be moving forward a planned deprecation, and is looking to find a new home for its World apps. UNO users will always be able to access wallet functionality via the native World App wallet.
