While open to all disciplines, the program will focus its grant awards toward economics, political science, business, public policy, computer science, urban planning, and sociology PhD applicants. - **Application Deadline:** Between 9 to 10 applicants will receive $24k grants paid by the the EF over one year to subsidize their existing graduate program stipends.
