About Astaria
Astaria is a lending protocol on Base that supports fixed-rate loans with unlimited duration. Users can create intents to lend or borrow assets with predetermined collateral and interest rates.
Borrowers set their maximum interest rate and LTV prior to publishing their terms, after which lenders have 24 hours to fill the loan.
Lenders can recall their loan after 24 hours by initiating a recall auction to refinance the borrower's debt.
