In my opinion, it's among the most interesting efforts in the onchain gaming scene today, and now the game is preparing to officially go live as Asphodel is on the verge of launching Yominet on [Initia](https://x.com/initia). For its part, Initia is a new Layer 1 blockchain built atop the Cosmos SDK that's designed to serve as an orchestration layer for a network of modular appchains, or “interwoven rollups.” In other words? It's a coordination hub for shared liquidity, security, and interoperability, and it supports multiple virtual machines like the EVM, MoveVM, and Wasm.
