By directing the withdrawal credentials of its Ethereum validators to EigenPods, ether.fi offers ETH holders, particularly those without the required 32 ETH for a full validator node, opportunities to stake on Ethereum and simultaneously restake on EigenLayer.
This dual-layer staking also facilitates validating and securing additional modules on EigenLayer, such as consensus protocols and data availability layers.
