After falling down the rabbit hole in 2017 and authoring the seminal Before Bitcoin Series in 2018, **Pet3r Pan** established himself as an early DAO pioneer as founder of MetaCartel.

With dozens of interesting spin-out projects and a budding collaborative design space, MetaCartel has grown into a hub for founders and builders. The glue of the entire ecosystem is community and culture.

Pet3r has fascinating thoughts on germinating and fostering communities, and throughout this conversation we dive into such topics as positive sum play-to-earn games, how to spend your time and energy, and the Infinite Garden.
