The U.S. government approved the $1.9 trillion COVID stimulus bill a few weeks ago and now this money is flowing into the hands of the people. Another $1,400 for millions of Americans.

The last time we saw this happen, there was a massive inflow of capital into crypto exchanges. This is just the *rescue phase*. The Biden Administration may follow this up with a *recovery phase* estimated to be upwards of another $3T.
